Guido specializes in consultancy on the structuring of international tax operations, tax planning for national and international groups, providing solutions to related tax issues, permanent establishment issues, optimization of the consolidated tax burden, merger & acquisition and private equity transactions, planning of generational shifts and tax disputes. Guido assists Clients in corporate governance and corporate restructuring, as well as in over-indebtedness and corporate crises, appraisals, litigations before tax courts.
